The senior executive is responsible to support the Manager/Lead in the execution and coordination of the SE Accreditation and Partnerships, which includes auditing, planning and ensuring SE Accreditation and SE Partnerships runs smoothly. In addition, to act as a point of reference for the team members on all matters regarding necessary programme tracking, monitoring and reporting as well as administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience.
  • Detail-oriented, especially in numbers
  • Resourceful & good in presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Analytical, a quick learner and a team player who poses problem-solving & can-do attitude
  • Some SE or sustainable development background and experience would be preferred

  • Assist in running the day-to-day execution & specific tasks/coordination arrangements and activities required with regards to administrative and monitoring for Social Enterprise Accreditation and Partnerships
  • Support the Programme Manager/Lead by jointly planning and executing strategies to increase quality and engagement
  • To assist in the development aspects of Social Enterprise Partnerships such as establishment and nurturing strong networks with internal/external programme partners
  • Source, track and monitor potential SEs to be funnelled to participate in SE related initiatives by MaGIC and Partners as well as to be part of SE Account Management
  • Provide execution & on the ground support as well as engagements for matters relating to Social Enterprise related initiatives and activities (e.g., meeting with community leaders, cap dev sessions, consultations)
  • Assist to design and execute other relevant initiatives e.g. social procurement, social financing, etc. for accredited Social Enterprises including activities through strategic partnerships
  • Assist in ensuring that all processes and documents are in line with MaGIC’s governance guidelines
  • Assist to develop a detailed project plan to track progress and identify gaps in the programme implementation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Supporting additional assignments/initiatives from time to time as agreed with HOD and Managers.
