The programme coordinator is responsible to support the Manager/Lead in the execution and coordination of the programme, on a contract basis, working on PUSH for the special initiatives, largely related to market research and programme management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree from a recognised university;
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in market research and/or project management
  • Basic project management especially in coordinating information and tasks
  • Good writing skills, especially surrounding topics on social impact, sustainability, etc
  • Good critical analytic skills and ability to conduct market research for insights
  • Equip with financial accounting, marketing and/or social entrepreneurship skills and knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistic arrangement involving tracking of PUSH progress and specific programme items. 
  • Develop, plan, execute and oversee marketing strategies of the program
  • Conduct basic market research and analysis to on trends, brand awareness and others
  • Write marketing content and collaterals 
  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance/progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage the relationship with the client, the vendors and all stakeholders 
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Coordinate with internal partners on strategies and evaluation
  • Oblige with the task given from time to time by the Manager/Lead
