The tech team builds products based on requirements from other teams and the company. We have permanent vacancies to be filled up by hiring vendors of SLA based in order to ensure that all programs will run smoothly. SLA mechanism allows us to better evaluate an operations executive before we decide to offer him/her a permanent position. 

For this position, the vendors will be working on the operations and execution of the new MaGIC’s Campus ID component of MaGIC Central System.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: A Diploma in any related field from a recognised university
  • Fresh graduate
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word, specifically) and Google Office is a plus 
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Positive disposition 
  • Basic knowledge of the local startup ecosystem 
  • Previous startup experience (whether successful or unsuccessful) is a plus
  • A people person with good negotiation, presentation, business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and onboard perks providers from alumni and external parties to be listed on the platform.
  • Facilitate the collection and compilation of feedbacks from the startup community and alumni
  • Coordinate with other departments to align with the interest of Campus ID
  • Conduct user interviews to help improve the platform design 
  • Manual verification support on eKYC for individual and companies (both local and foreign)
  • Manage incoming enquiries and communications regarding MaGIC Campus ID via JIRA tickets.
  • Conduct Campus ID open day or other events (sharing session)  to help boost platform performance in order to achieve team KPI
  • Produce a weekly report on deliverables to ensure the project is on track
  • Content audit on Central online services to keep all the data up to date.
