Job Requirements

  • Min Bachelor's Degree (any related field).
  • Min 1-year experience
  • Willing to travel internationally and familiar with International issues/affairs.
  • Enjoy writing agendas/business-reports/taking minutes/slide presentations and meeting people at the same time.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license
  • Ability to connect across startups, investors, corporates, partners and government agencies to deliver integrated strategy for MaGIC

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of various programmes and projects under ACE which includes Startup Exchange Programme, MY Startup Home, Strategic Global Partnerships, and special projects - APEC and UNDP YCL Summit. 
  • Coordinate the venue, logistics, speakers and event management for all relevant programmes.
  • Support in liaising and coordinating with external and international parties. 
  • Assist on matters related to International - Malaysia relations, ensuring the Malaysian impression and image as a friendly/helpful country for the startup business.
  • Assist in developing programme governance and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Assist in ensuring that all processes and documents are in line with MaGIC’s governance guidelines. 
  • All other duties related to ACE key deliverable as assigned by the Director of ACE and agreed upon by the contractor.
