Mastering Design Thinking - Advanced Level (November)

Session Summary Since a couple of years ago, the concept of Design Thinking (DT) has started making its presence in the corporate as well as entrepreneurship circles in Malaysia. The term 'Design' in Design Thinking (DT) creates the assumption that it is the exclusive domain for designer only but in fact, intuitively, all great innovators in literature, art, music, science, engineering, and business have used it in one way or another.DT takes inspiration from designers work processes that help us to systematically extract, teach, learn and apply human-centered techniques to solve problems in creative and innovative ways.World leading brands, such as Apple, Google, and Samsung have adopted DT into their work processes; especially in innovating their products and services to meet the market's changing demands. In this comprehensive 3-Day Design Thinking course, you will learn the leadership strategies for bringing Design Thinking into your organisation and team. It is also for individuals to launch their DT Practitioner Certification journey and ensuring confidence when carrying out the Design Thinking processes; to create real life prototype from various advanced tools and techniques used in Design Thinking projects. What Will You Learn?DT 301 is an advanced 3-day lab for design thinkers to be coached and helps you to prepare Project Development Plans for your ProductsFacilitation 101: Distinction Participants will be introduced to the 5W1H (What, Why, When, Where, Who and How) of facilitation process.Facilitation 101: Design Participants will be exposed to the theory and methodology behind facilitation processes.
