Upon graduating with an LL. B. (Hons) from the University of the West of England, Hardeep immersed himself in the world of IP with years of experience at an ASEAN-focused IP firm, giving him a solid background in dealing with a global portfolio of clients from various industries. At KASS, Hardeep oversees the franchise, trademarks and industrial designs team. With extensive experience in providing consultancy services to local and international clients in IP rights, he also handles all aspects of trademark and industrial design protection, which include drafting legal documents, dealing with oppositions, conducting searches and initiating market surveys and investigations, in addition to advising on franchise and copyright matters. Over the years, he has presented several talks and webinars to increase awareness on IP and the importance of IP rights across diverse industries.
