About program:LawTech Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a team of volunteers aiming to improve the legal industry in Malaysia through the promotion of legal technology by organising a LawTech Hackathon. The objective is to benefit the legal practice, judiciary and industry stakeholders by solving the four (4) key problem statements faced by the Malaysian legal industry, namely by 1) Increasing access to justice; 2) Reducing overhead cost for law firms; 3) Improving communication amongst industry stakeholders; and 4) Cultivating innovation in the legal industry. Lawtech Hackathon will be held on the 20th and 21st October 2018 at WORQ Subang, being supported by Microsoft, Brickfields Asia College and various law firms.
