Creative Business Model Canvas (April)

Session Summary Now that you’ve come up with an amazing idea for a new product or service, how do you figure out if there is a sustainable business model to get the innovation into the hands of your customers?Or, if your business is stagnant, and you are looking for new ideas or areas to improve existing products/services or business model? How do you grow?Introducing the Business Model Canvas - a tool that will assist both corporates and startup founders to describe, challenge, design, and invent their business models more systematically.This 1-day workshop will enable participants to understand and analyse their existing business model, why or not people are buying from them, where should they improve to increase revenue and how to design a business model that is sustainable.Users put the Canvas to work in different areas of their organizations. Majority of users apply the Business Model Canvas to develop the following areas New Product/service development of existing business model Development of an entirely new business Strategic reorientation Renovate old business modelBy the end of the programme, participants are able to: Fill each building block in BMC. Explain the relationship between each building block in the BMC. Apply BMC elements as a business strategy tool. Design and explain the use of BMC to their team members and other participants. Explain the differences of B2B, B2C, B2G models.
